Developed an international software consulting company. Consulted with over 75 organizations, corporations and government entities. Advise executive management on proper strategic directions for their IT departments. Work directly with executive management to assist implementing measurement programs to manage internal employee s and contractors. Developed numerous estimating models used by IT management. Implement measurement and project management methods to better manage and communicate status to executive management. Assist organizations to evaluate costs and benefits of developing new software applications, maintaining existing software applications and moving to e-commerce applications. Developed several outsourcing contracts.

Develop and market multimedia training software products sold globally via traditional and e-commerce. Consult with organizations in the USA, Italy, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Singapore, Australia, Mexico and other locations.


Review and analyze functional specifications written by corporations in a variety of formats (including traditional, Use Case, UML, Rational, OO, and others). Developed estimates for a variety of projects written for different platforms with different software languages. Created estimates based upon very limited information. Provide specific guidance on software estimating and software best practices. Develop detail project plans for both new and rewrite of software applications. Provide on site training courses. Familiar with several software languages and environments including, Macromedia (DreamWeaver, Flash and Fireworks), Microsoft FrontPage, Demoshield, VBA applied to MS Excel and MS Word, Web and Windows development. Provided direction to both functional and technical teams responsible for developing and maintaining Sprint Local and Long distance billing software applications. Managed software teams of variety sizes up to 100 individuals. Successfully implemented major modifications to very large billing information systems. Implemented measurements and project management methods to better manage and communicate status to senior management. Started first software measurement program at Sprint/United.

Texas A&M University - Wrote software programs used by Physicists at the Texas A&M University Cyclotron. Assisted the Department of Electrical Engineering with software programming support for professors and staff.
